Yes from 11 years old cause I was shaped like a woman. Tiny wrist, prettier skin than woman skin. I was perfect for the tyranny craze.

Ahead of the times but did not realize it. Damn I missed both being the Bruce Jenner soccer and runway guy. Damn, I could have been rich ‼️

No, unfortunately. I had convinced myself I was just weak and so working out wouldn't help. Now I'm trying to catch up to a normal level.

Very little, just whatever workouts sports coaches had us do. Didn't go to a proper gym and work out until after college.

Yes. Often is was surfing, which is quite a workout if you do it multiple hours per day all summer long. Other times it was for football or water polo.

I wrestled and kept in less than peak shape in the offseason, so I lightly worked out all year and did hardcore working out and weight loss from roughly October to February.

Not really. I did sports, so I exersized, but no independent working out.
