I have been working out since 5 years of age.
But, I have stopped it for now. I honestly have plans regarding it.
Do you work out on your own or go in a gym? If you work out on your own, then do you do it in house or in open spaces? In the morning or in the evening?
I need to plan mine, hence I am asking all these questions. How other people plan theirs.

In my mid teens. Then also in the military. And I still do so at my age. This morning I did a half hour stretches and then I got on a bicycle and road about 20 miles. To me that is invigorating. To work out you don't need to be a Miss universe. Just need to feel good.
Probably 5-6 I remember being really young and wanting to work out with my older siblings
2...5? They say once you get older, it gets harder. Sooo i started right then.

I started performing home workouts without any equipment when i was 13-14. Haven't been able to workout in the gym cause of the injury i had in my wrist. So mostly i perform HIIT workouts until i am fully recovered
