I've been working out for about 6 months. But still struggling with a little extra weight in my legs, that doesn't want to go away.
I have been working out my whole life. I guess you can say it start counting as officially working out, once I started highschool sports and I never stopped. Now I have slowed down over the years, I am I am 47 and I cannot and I do not, need to work as hard as I used to maintain.
Has it paid off? Fuck yeah it has paid off... I mean mentally and emotionally I feel better and happier because I am physically fit. Sure, I never achieved the results I wanted, but in a way, I did honestly. I was never one of these muscle-bound body mass and body density guys.
I mean, I could never lift as much as the next guy, but I could out last him. I could outrun him, outperform him over time and distance. I never cared how much fat could never lose, or how no matter what I did I could never achieve a 6 pack.
Healthy living makes you stronger than you know brother. Trust me!

I have been a gym rat since I was 14. I am getting old now but I used to bench 309 pounds and could push a car down the street and deadlift the rear end of a Voljswagen. Before that I was a fat kid that could not even do 1 pushup. It really helped me a lot. Not only because I got a lot stronger but I became more confident.
Most of my life. Yes it pays off. Great for my golf game and gives me the vitality to tackle all that life throws at me... oh and keeps me looking great in heels and a pencil skirt ;)
In my profile pic, I am 53 kg. I am now 48 kg. About 3 months of active lifestyle and eating healthy food helped me lose 5 kg.

Would you believe I look like the guy in the picture on the GAG feed for this question, the stock weight lifter photo, and yet I don't even lift weights or go gym. I'm just a naturally gifted slim guy and I hope I'm always able to appear slim. I'm not muscled and I'm weak, ironically, and yet, I have collarbones visible and look "good I think" in the mirror compared to say, a fatty 🪞🪞😋😋✌🏻👀👀👀👀👌🏻
I've been working out on and off since like 2017. I'm not the biggest I've been rn & I don't have as good of a physique that I had before I got severely depressed. But I still have a noticeable amount of muscle on me to where someone couldn't call me scrawny.
The past 13 years. I would say it has because I still maintained my overall physique and weight range. Diet and different workouts help. You will plateau at some point and when you do it is time to change it up.
Slightly less then a month and I lost 15-20ish pounds (it varies often but for the past few days I’ve been in the 184-187 range probably water) and put on muscle. For reference I started out at 192 bulked to 203 and cut genetics kinda crazy
Haven't worked out in a gym for numerous years, but I stay active outside with rock, climbing and cycling and hiking. That's been occurring for the last 30 years.
Ten years! Legs POWERFUL, Arms get the job done, Abs aren't shy to say hello, stamina to run effortlessly!
No matter how much I workout I cannot build much muscle, just get firm, so I've never been particularly strong just fit.
I’ve been on & off for years but a good 1-3 years consistent training will have you looking realll good & strong. I’m 5’11 145lbs for anyone that cares
I've been working out for most of my life since I was 14 or 15. I believe it has paid off. I look and feel younger than most people my age.
I’ve been at gym around 12 weeks. My body shape has changed massively although I’ve not lost much weight
I start working out when I was 15 years old. I’m in my late 30s now so if you’re not in it for the long run don’t do it… Eagle pumping doesn’t work Arnold in his prime age still was lifting 25 pound coral each side
