Not the ones I am around in that age group. At least they do not appear to be. Most that I know (around my age) are happy in their careers, relationships and everything else. I have a decent size friend group that are both guys and girls.

I cannot say that any of them are depressed. Now, that is not to say that any one of them might be and I don’t know it. That is something private though. I do not pry into others personal issues unless they bring it up to me specifically, certainly not medical issues.

That is something serious and depression should be treated by a professional. While I would always be there for support, it is important people that suffer from depression seek qualified medical help. It is nothing to mess around with.

So, I’m general, I disagree with that statement based on the people I know well enough to know about their life.

Umm... hmm... If I had to guess, I would say that I do believe that; yes.

I think there are a lot of very depressed young men out there. But I also think there are a lot of depressed young women, and those problems are definitely feeding into each other.

Saying that MOST young men are depressed is a big claim though. I'm sure the rates of depression vary from demographic to demographic and location to location.

I think all non-military USA citizens from 1960-Present, especially 16-30, are depressed form Excess and Prosperity.-Most finding out human relationship, toys, educational heights, and accomplishments feel not the internal Emptiness.
