He probably thought it was obvious that, because he tried calling you, the information he needed to convey to you would be better expressed through a phonecall than a text.
But isn't it odd that he didn’t even respond? He could’ve just said I should call him when I’m free.. I don’t know
One thing I’ve seen in life is that most people really suck at communicating. Like, the most simple, common sense stuff; they just won’t think to communicate.
And it’s not a personal thing either. The thought that they should get off their lazy asses to write a quick text back wouldn’t have occurred if you were anyone else either. They’re just self centered, oblivious people.
