I don't know but there can be many reasons for that. Self introspection or past experiences.

Tough to say but it is true some people are indeed meant to be alone, no matter how good they are.

Because some of them never will- and if nature had its due, they wouldn't. There's a REASON three-quarters of our ancestors (across the history of the species) are women; men's selection pressure has always been MUCH higher, and women notably more picky.

In the wild, there is no morality or fairness; those are human creations we don't give NEARLY enough importance to.

Because men have to create or develop or earn value for themselves, men can either choose to do that or not
