Guy's Behavior

Guys, I recently kinda hooked up with this guy a week ago but I met him 3 weeks ago. He lives in Boston. I haven’t heard from him. Is he ghosting me?

He also had issues getting it up cause he was too drunk so I got semi-laid. Lol. I texted him thanking for coming to see me and that I had fun. And then I waited a few days to ask how he was doing and he didn't say anything. When he came to stay with me he was going on about wanting to date me and that next time he’s gonna stay sober so we can have sex. (He was sober when he said the whole dating bit) He even went to the cafe I go to with me before he called his Uber. And he said “Until next time” But I don’t know him well enough to judge. I just feel like he’s ashamed and doesn't know what to do. He even said this must be the worst sex ever for me. I just told him I deleted my whatsapp and to just let me know when he wants to come back to nyc or wants me to go to Boston. I’ll leave it at that. it was at 3am today cause I was tipsy but anyway, he invited me to stay with him in Boston and I just said I would go.

He Facetimed me the first night we met which doesn't happen at all with guys and he told me he likes it that I take care of him and that I worry about him because other girls don’t care.
