Every time I’m vulnerable and express what he does that hurts my feelings or what I don’t like he always says he doesn’t know what I’m talking about.

There's very little context here to say anything worth a damn. My suggestion is to talk to him not us if you want to find out more about what he feels. We can't tell you. Also if you're this vague when talking to him it could cause him to respond the way you say he has. Continue to talk and if he isn't responding then find a new person to spend your time with.
