I wasn't able to attend my course for a month now, and this guy whom I've talked to only once been recording the whole session and sending them to me without I even ask for it.

I've thanked him every time, but I feel like I should get him something? I would've treated him to something delicious but I don't want him to get a wrong idea, so what should I get him?

At the very least give him a thank you card. Or maybe even a gift card for a store along with a thankful note. But his doing something very nice to you like he did doesn't mean you have to do anything sexual with him. Being a considerate guy doesn't entitle him to anything like that.

Don't get him anything. I won't say it's insulting, but when people do something nice for someone out of their own free will, they don't expect to be paid back. That just makes it feel like less of a favor and more of an exchange.

I saved a dude's life once by doing CPR on him and even the thank you phone call I got from him was unnecessary. Appreciated, but I would've been fine without it
