What to do when none of his friends knows anything about us?

I have been talking to this boy of my university. He is nice and understanding. So a few weeks ago he confessed his feelings but I am not ready to be in a relationship and it maybe in future there is high possibility. But the thing is he never speaks about me to any of his friends. His close friends also do not know anything about this. I don't know why this seems a little strange. Because I share with my best friend. And most does. When I ask him why they don't know he just says that they will tease him and that they will know eventually when we will be in a relationship. What should I do?

You should stop worrying about things only a girlfriend should worry about. You're not his girl, so why should he tell his friends about you?
