In some rare cases, women could beat men, like you're an athletic and strong 25 year old woman who beats up an 80-year-old man carrying his groceries. But in most cases, if it's a real fight and the man has a real intention to cause harm and you don't have any weapons, then no chance. That's why I always tell women who asked me for advice to knee or kick in the balls and then run or carry peppersprays or at least a steel waterbottle. Hit them in the nuts or on the nose and run, don't try to stay there and fight. I'm a martial artist and trained for a long time with pros and amateurs and I never met a woman, professional fighter or not who could actually beat me or any other men around me if it was a real fight. A well-trained woman could beat up an average-sized male in hand-to-hand combat if the male isn't trained though as there is a big skill gap that can make up for the strength difference. Still, might not be easy. And never let a man grab your arm or body, unless you're a highly trained BJJ athlete as there's not much you can do at that point. A man's grip strength could be so much stronger and he will do serious damage if he can hold you down. I once tested this and I was able to hold down an untrained woman on the floor with one hand and I wasn't using my full strength and she couldn't get out no matter how much she tried and she was shocked too and realised it's harder than she thought and we laughed about it. Kick in the nutz and run that will save you. Also, learning some bjj can help as there are many scenarios on the street where if a man wants to rape a woman, he has to somehow be above you and hold you down and you can turn that into an armbar or triangle choke and the dude will not see it coming as no one expects a woman to know how to do that, so disguise the fact you're skilled and wait for the moment he puts his arm or head or limbs in a position where you can quickly transition into a submission hold. Most men don't know BJJ and won't know how to escape and he'll panic and you can break limbs or choke someone out in seconds. Also, don't hold back on it and make sure his limb is broken or damaged or he is unconscious, then get out under him and run. Of course, only attempt this if you're trained.

Put this into perspective... why do men that are complete losers in sports suddenly turn into number 1 when they decide to say they're a woman and compete with them?

I've sparred with a couple of world champions... better than me, but any woman... naw. I wouldn't even do it because that's just mean. They're not built like that.

I think you should have some additional ground rules listed, like are we talking only about healthy young men and women or (for example) are you asking if I could maybe beat up an old man? I answered as if you are talking about healthy young people (no I could not beat them up) but technically I could prob. beat up SOME men counting the elderly, somebody who is in the hospital after major surgery, etc.

I'm going to have to pass on this one because I would have my ass kicked probably if I couldn't get up and walk away fast enough I mean I wouldn't beat up a girl there's no reason to ever hit a girl there's no reason to ever hit anybody especially a girl and out of all my years alive I've only known one girl that I would probably hit and the only reason why I would do that is because she told me one time that every single one of her boyfriends she has gotten in a fight with and she has hit them and she thinks she can get away with it and I didn't know this until after we started dating but there came a point in time where she thought she was going to hit me and I had to sit her straight I just said look I'm going to give you fair warning if you walk up to me and hit me and you think you're going to get away with it I'm not going to let you I'm going to be that guy that's going to show you what it's like to be hit back so it's your choice you make the choice if you want to be knocked out go for it try it do it if you want to be like a man or if you want to be a woman and guys aren't supposed to hit girls but you're going to hit the guy anyway because you think he won't hit you back I'm here to tell you today that I will hit you back that's the only girl I've ever done that too I don't fight with anybody usually I usually just walk away So my answer would be I think a woman could kick my ass if I give her that opportunity

In terms of sheer muscle and fat padding, I'm far ahead of at least 95% of the women on the planet. I also have enough experience with pain to know how much I can keep going through; not a lot of women have that level of knowledge of violence. Of course, put against a martial artist or wrestler and that doesn't mean much; Hollywood's idea that a 100-lb woman can easily throw around men three times her size is utter nonsense, but give her knowledge and practice of joint locks and nerve strikes and such and she could beat them.

But I also have no real desire to hurt people, and I have no fear whatsoever of being called a coward, or of running away screaming for help, or even of hiding and then going to the police. The proportion of women who could stop me from beating them senseless is way, WAY higher than the proportion who'd ever have a chance to find out, as in almost every circumstance, I'd opt for something like hefting them into the air, tossing or slamming them into a wall once or twice, then bolting. In real life situations, the Brave Sir Robin maneuver is seriously underrated.

As a dad of two daughters I'm trying to make sure they have a realistic view of the world and adjust accordingly. There are equalizers. It’s just evolution. Men evolved to be more physically durable for hunting and fighting.

Women needed a way to compete, but physical confrontation wasn’t their thing, so rumors, gossip, other ways to bring down the competition started. Think about it. Yeah, men slut shame. But women do too, a LOT.

It's not as easy a question as you think.

Many women are in the armed forces and martial arts these days. These women would be able to take down anyone with a lower skill level than them.

All those "fight like a girl" jokes aside, you wouldn't do well to fuck around with such women.

It would always be possible, and that I would view in a percentage manner, that being right or wrong I do believe that's how I would view it. Let me give an example. Guy weighs 200 lbs, age let's say 30 good solid muscle, good definition, good reflexes and good in generating short and long power moves. Girl weighs 115, a little on the shirt and petite side, flexible, in good shape and good reflexes and has an ability to generate considerable power despite her size. They get into it, the guy starts out bring "easy" on her. The dud all of a sudden has a massive heart attack and starts to fall to his knees. The girl is pissed and don't give a shit about his heart attack and lays into him, kicking his ass. Moral of the story, not good for us to under estimate people.

I am a pretty strong woman physically but I think I can only really beat a (physically strong) man when it comes to self defense only. I’m not referring to the physically weak men because obviously, but an average man, probably only could defend myself if they were attacking me.
As pro woman as I am I do not believe in fighting men. I’ll pull out a knife before I go hand and hand with a man lol.

I may be about to beat a 25 to 35 percent of the guys my age. However, due to boys reaching publicity and there after growing and becoming stronger, as I age that percentage will continue to decrease unless I have extensive training in martial arts and even then the percentage of guys I can defeat will probably decrease.

the only women that could take me in a real fight would be professionals that have trained for years in combat and i'm sure she'd still have her hands full. This is a silly question. Even the average man could takeout most women. Girls should stick to guns and pepper spray for protection don't try and fight men you will lose if he's not a nice guy.
