Ask him to do something. I noticed that your age is under 18. Presumably that means you are in school still? If so, do you have any classes together? I ask because you could ask him to study with you. That gets you some one on one time. Sure, you have to study but during breaks you can talk more.

Alternatively, you can simply ask him to do something. Invite him to go to lunch or meet up with friends. Whatever you think would be fun. Sometimes you have to take your shot and go for it.

I had to do that. I asked out my now husband because I knew that if I didn't, I might have never seen him again. Good thing that I took a chance or I might not be married. The point is that if you waste an opportunity, you might never know what will have happened.
