At the beginning of the year I had noticed that this one boy (we will call him Jack) and his friends acted really weird around me.
The first time I had noticed them acting weird was at the first basketball game of the season. I wait at school until four to catch my ride home, our school ends at 3:15 so i usually have time to kill. My friend and I were roaming the halls near the gym because we had heard there was a game that night and we were debating on whether or not we should stay and watch. We passed by one of the Jack’s friends (we can call this friend Danny) who was talking with one of their other friends. Danny immediately stopped talking to his other friend and asked us if we were going to watch the game. I respond with I don't know and he insisted we go. And so I said yes. Once I told him we would go he yelled at Jack who was down the hall as we kept walking and left that hallway. Now, I didn’t think very much of this at first but as time went on it became more and more strange to me since this group never talks to me or my friend. Not only that but there were two other times where I would walk by them in the halls and they would point it out to Jack by calling out his name. They would yell his name after making direct eye contact with me. I mean it sounds pretty normal and I still didn’t think much of it since boys are boys and they can be goofy sometimes but the next situation made me begin to question everything.
