Grown men? I don't know. I used to sleep better with a pillow, but now I don't have the room for it (sleeping on a thin couch for the moment). I did stuffed animals as a kid, but that was about it.

I sleep with a knit cap (it's cold where I live) that has some pins attached that are sentimental. One pin is of Teddy (I'm a Mr Bean fan).

That being said, I have had stuffed animals in my bedroom that were gifts - usually reserved for a shelf or cabinet. But I don't sleep with them in the bed.

I have a stuffed bear I used to sleep with. When I had my Yorkie, he loved sleeping with it. Now that he's not around, I went back to the bear. My ex-girlfriends thought it was cute, my guy friends probably thought it was weird. Oh well! Yeah, I don't care what people think, lol.

I often sleep with animals just not stuffed. Got a huge dog bed that takes up the upper right part of my king sized bed where my dog and bunnies enjoy being able to sleep next to me or just supervise my sleep.

I'm guessing that some guys do, but I'm pretty sure they're a very small minority. I personally have slept with a stuffed animal (a teddy bear) since I was 5yo.

I have had real animals, cats and dogs that have slept in my bed.
I had a Shi Zu that would pretty much take over my whole bed, leaving me with just a sliver to lay on sideways.

Personally I don’t. My pets sleep in my bed instead. I don’t even really own any stuffed animals anymore, though I sometimes think about getting crocheted Pokémon or a stuffed Snoopy or Stitch.
