Could his brother possibly be interested?

My ex and I had a really bad break up a few years ago. I didn’t meet his family but everyone he knew essentially blocked me so I wouldn’t reach out to him. However, a year or so later I got a shoutout from a page and his brother requested to follow me (maybe he forgot who I was). He didn’t reach out or like any of my posts but just stayed a follower and still follows me until now. It surprises me because he only follows a few women, the rest are business pages and family of his. Recently I switched gyms and that same brother goes to my new gym. Him and I are often looking at each other in the mirrors and holding eye contact at times when walking past one another. We go at the same time and usually do stay in the same areas. Im not sure if he likes me but Im starting to like him. I can't approach him because I don't know if he remembers who I am, or what his brother has said about me. But is it a possibility that he could possibly be interested as well? Oh also, him and his brother do not get along too well.
