My SO said he owe me $1000 but he actually owe me $2500 and he acting like he dont know what I'm talking about but I have proof. What should I do?

Well. first thing is to get a duplicate of that proof in case he "looses" it when you show him.

The second is to get in touch with his friends, employers, and family to find out his finances and lifestyle. He's clearly spending money, but it's clearly not on you.

Never ever loan money to someone unless you okay with the likelyhood they are never going to pay you back. Think of it as a gift, and if they do pay you back, that's just an added bonus. Boyfriends don't get special treatment just because of the label. Neither do girlfriends.

If it was a loan, did you both sign an agreement that he would pay it back? If not you can try to take him to small claims court and pleade your case but you may not get all the money back if any.
