If he isn’t shy he will go for it , if he is shy he will just look but be to nervous to approach her and think she is out of his league , Most people have a hard time walking out to someone they find very attractive, they become their own worst enemy and afraid of being denied , so most shy people will just keep to themselves and not make a move , Getting over that nervousness and shyness is something someone has to be able to do on their own , I use to be shy and nervous to talk to a girl I thought was absolutely gorgeous to my eyes until I realized I really have nothing to lose , I rather take the chance then not take the chance at all is how I look at it , I rather have an answer than no answer at all , Being denied sucks but again it’s better to have an answer instead of just going home and kicking yourself in the ass for not trying lol

I use the full of threes.
First look is understandable, because we see people on the street but you’re not last more than three seconds.
In some cases, a double take is warranted, because wow that person was unique or stunning, or an interesting, tattoos or something.
If you’re with somebody already, then there should never be a third luck, and no luxury last more than three seconds.
Bottom line is you should respect your partner, and you show respect to the person that caught your attention
