I mean embarrassment of him, he will most likely think you are embarrassed of him, and trippin means you are exaggerating and being dramatic in this case, but don't use the word trippin, you gotta be yourself but you know what I mean, being famous would've changed the whole thing completely lol

It's honestly becuse I have had shit happen to me and am scared. I think it's becuse I don't want my friend trying to take him from me and telling him lies about me. (speaking from experience). I also don't want his friends and my ex to think I cheated because it's been 6 months since we broke up. I also don't want him to think I'm trying to make him mad like revenge.

Who cares about the people in your past, let em know you've moved on, it's a part of life, no need for this new guy to have to pay for your ex, if anything let your ex suffer with it, after all you've moved on and that's normal

Yeah, but I'm scared for him like my ex beat up this other guy when we were dating for talking to me. My ex is a bit of an alcoholic and does stupid things when he's drunk

This I think you can bring up randomly, say you wanted to speak to him about something, then speak, there's never a bad time to fix a wrong and I'm sure it would make his day knowing how you feel now

Make sure to tell everything you are telling me, to him, if he wants to stay quiet to avoid such things then he will know he isn't the problem and would most likely agree if he wants to avoid problems.
