Why would he ask me to text him more and says I ignore him when I dont, he does. I texted him today 5 hours ago and no reply. Why would he tell me to?

He used to be my gym trainer back in November to February. We always would talk and he would ask me to go eat food at a restaurant. I felt we had good chemistry. We would text here and there. We had sex back in March once. He recently quit 2 weeks ago and works at a different gym more further. He wanted to see me on the 6th but he ended up canceling due to him being busy getting oil change and new job etc. He then asks me on the 13th to see me but he canceled due to being with his son. He texted. me 13th saying supposedly I ignore his text which I never do its usually him who doesn't reply back. He said I should text him more so I texted him "Hi!" 5 hours ago and no response! Why would he tell me to text him if he makes it seem he's not interested?

I’ve learnt in the past I’d never date someone with a kid unless it’s my own kid with them or unless I have a kid myself. Maybe he’s not a texter and maybe a caller or maybe he’s busy or maybe he isn’t as interested as you thought? Definitely don’t text again as even if he is busy you don’t wanna be with someone who’s so busy they can’t make time for you, trust me it’s so draining. I was dating a guy like this who’d cancel and cancel it was horribleeee
