I sometimes hear boys say my name and things about me that I never told them and I see them looking after me when I’m walking and when I turn (1)?

Around they still looking and whispering something to each others about me, I know the world doesn’t revolve around me but it’s still weird that they bother to talk about me that much and look after me and know things about me I didn’t tell them, why do they do it? It’s always same group of boys too, does that possibly mean that it’s cause one of them likes me I don't know (reminder I’m in the last high school year) or boys in general talk about a lot of girls of their school, cause I know as a girl that me and my friends talk only about people from school we like or have some interest in
