Is this suspicious behavior?

This just started happening with my boyfriend. Every night we lay down and cuddle, close our eyes… whatever. We both are on our phones at night but then my boyfriend tells me to turn my phone off and let’s go to sleep. We both turn our phones off (just lock it is what I mean) then cuddle. A minute or two later I open my eyes to look up at him and see him on his phone. I look at it and it’s always on a text message but he quickly locks the screen before I can read it. He gets off his phone like he’s going to go to sleep with me but then again I catch him on his phone and hurries up and lock the screen.

That definitely sounds strange. Your best course of action might be to sit down with him and say, 'Look, if you're messing around, you know I'm going to find out sooner or later, so you should think seriously about telling me what's going on right now', etc.

That is super weird. That is a little suspicious. But I don't think there's anything you can do about it. Maybe have a convo about it and tell him how you feel about him doing that. Don't seem conscious or mad just play serious and confused
