So I have met this guy and he seemed somewhat interested at first. He did certainly show signs of interest. Always said hi and bye with little in person chats here and there. After about a month, we exchanged numbers (he gave me his in person and then gave me a hug afterwards). I've been nothing but honest, and I was originally going for the friendship route. I told him about how I'm into music and making music, other hobbies, etc. He asked me why I moved to a different state (where I live now). I have a kid and was getting out of a bad situation, so I'm with family now... He was ok with knowing about it.
Then he changed a little. Lack of consistency in texts with him even at the beginning but more as time went on. Even though I don't text often anyway as is... So I asked if he wanted to ask me anything, and if not then no worries. I guess by the fact he didn't say anything at all, that he didn't want to ask. That led to me thinking he's lost interest. But like I said, I was going for the friendship route anyway.
Then fast forward a day or two. I ask him if it was possible to hang out at some point, and he says he doesn't want to waste my time. That I'm cool but he wasn't attracted to me like that and we could be "friends and shit". He also brought up me having a child as well. Then, me being wrapped up in my own life, I tried to respond 2 days after he replied when I wasn't busy and found out I was blocked for some reason. Like I literally didn't have anything to say about it at the time and I was also occupied with my own busy life. I tried to message him and I was blocked so I go to Instagram and message him to say, "I don't message for a couple days and get blocked lmao. I get it though. I've been really busy. I have an acting audition later on today, and I'm hella nervous. I only wanted to hang out as friends, but alright. I'll leave you be."
I unfollowed him, and I guess he unfollowed me there as well. I haven't heard anything since.
