Why would a guy block me for no reason?

He came and talk to me making me feel special he said he add me on but he canceled it cause I saw he add me and when I check there was no… request 😕 why lie to me then I found his account under a page that he likes I add him back he accepts it then we start talking he was eager then he block me just like that. We talked normal and it was only one week we’ve been friends online and just like that he blocked me. It hurts still to this day. I hate when guys make you feel special and make the first move then block you just like that. I told him about it and even told him to go ahead and block me and out of shame he didn’t.

Why put much thought into it? A person that can block you just like that, doesn’t seem like a heavily important person. Actions speak louder than words.

You must be very very young, all I can say is this is life... a lot of people will show interest and then just ghost you for no reason. Maybe you are not the problem but he is, he might be hiding something, or has a girlfriend, and so on.

it is weird, hurtful, or upsetting. But try to not let it get to you. Everyone blocks for a reason, but the fact you did /not/ do anything wrong... it just means it is his problem. Most of the time if it is random like this, it usually means he is taken and does not wanna be caught or it could be an avoidance problem.

If someone blocks you without a cause obviously you’re not someone they want to talk to and at the end of the day someone whose like there doing you a favor by removing themselves from your life.

People can be triggered unintentionally or via misunderstanding. Don't beat yourself up over it or waste a lot of time wondering. There are normal people out there who won't do so.
