They don't. "Short" women = average height women. Most women are average height so inevitably they will go after them. If a man doesn't except the height of a taller women pass him up and avoid wasting your time with him. I'm only 5'4 and have been attracted to many women taller than me. I don't know how guys like so much taller than me like average height and tall don't like taller women it's weird. Just know it says more about them and there's nothing wrong with you

5’8”- your height is not bad for me. I am tall though. I am 6’2” about 188cm though. I wish my wife was your height. She is only 152 cm or 5’. It would be weird if the girl was the same height as me.
