Asking this question because I am a girl who will be in 5th grade in August, and today I was just walking and a random guy at least 2-3 years older than me walked past me, then started stroking my arm and moaning ‘shawty I love you shawty’ I found it extremely creepy, and this is the first time this has happened to me. Is that creepy, because I asked my older cousin who is a boy and he said to take it as a compliment? I am very confused right now?
What defines creepiness?
