Why do guys choose their job over their child (ren)?

I think sometimes it's easier for them. I also think that a lot if men have the instinct to provide just like we have the instict to nature. So I don't know but maybe they get to focus on doing that and just focus on the job to provide even if they miss out on a lot

I agree and disagree. I think men can also provide and nurture. However I think men just naturally are more capable of doing more work then woman cause we are different. Men require less sleep cause they have less hormonal changes going on, the are physically stronger, and statically are more okay with harder dirtier jobs that woman art. Not to say woman can't do those things but men naturally gravitate towards that more and maybe more capable. Just like woman are probably naturally more capable of nurture. We can both do both and pit worth are equal but one may be better at one aspect then the other or favor something
