I made a fake account, why wouldn't he block me when I am spamming his inbox?

So I made a fake social media account to annoy someone that did something bad to me. To bait him I sent him messages that were flirtatious, nothing overtly sexual but you could tell I am trying to tease him.

This person reads my messages, but doesn't respond and doesn't block me.

I am worried they know it is me. 😩

Why wouldn't you block a fake profile that is spamming your inbox? Is it for validation? Would you feel validated even if you didn't know who it is?

If he is a guy, that shit doesn't freak us out honestly, but we just ignore them. You never know maybe later something might come of it. But apparently at this moment he is not desperate enough to care... and when you ignore this types and don't block them... you know it fucks with them way more than they are fucking with you!!! LOL
