He’s not attentive, if I cry he wouldn’t check in on me, I tried to initiate sex and he fell asleep on me even though he’s slept all day and night. He’s hurting my feelings and I just don’t know what to do anymore. I feel like he’s not meeting my needs at all.

I will try not to take a side on this. First sorry to hear you feel this way and experience stuff that hurt you deeply.

But as a man that has went through kind same things I'd say there are many variables in that situation. First does he overwork himself, did you sometimes chase him away when he tried to comfort you or told him that he wouldn't understand. Because we man mostly take those as a sign to not interfer anymore.

As for sex even we man sometimes don't feel like it. Which is normal because we can't fake that experience either we want or we don't.

I think you need to break up and take some time for yourself. You don't need anyone but yourself and maybe after a while you'll find a guy who really wants to be with you and treats you right.

If you are not married I would consider moving on. Maybe the relationship has run its course.
