Me and my boyfriend have known eachother for 3+ years & we never really had any problems being intimate but lately for a month or 2 he’s been turning me down & I’ve gotten upset about it thinking he might be seeing someone else or thinking about someone else. He said he’s changed he doesn’t know what’s wrong he looked it up & said it could be because of his diet but I just can’t tell if he’s being honest.

Has he had a change in diet recently? Any changes with work? It could be hormones/libido issues brought about by stress. Could be diet, could be aging. Would he be willing to visit the doctor? Is he being secretive about things? Staying out late? There are so many different questions to ask that you really shouldn’t jump to conclusions right away.

He said he has changed his diet & could be stress because of work which I’m trying to be understanding & believe him it’s just weird because we both were sexually active which other no problem & then out of no where he can’t perform. He used to be secretive but no I don’t see any signs of cheating just that he’s gave up & is overwhelmed.

Probably but still doesn’t make sense I talked to him & said if he wants to end the relationship it’s okay & he still wants to be me
