Weird guy or what?

I met this guy on hinge, we started talking and after a week of getting to know each other we both decided that we would meet.
I was dangerously late, but I kept him up to date as to my whereabouts.
We walked and talked after our meal, we seemed to get on really well.
He pulled me in for a kiss, after he said he was cold. Which was cute.
I really liked him, but was trying to keep cool.
After I bought him a hot chocolate we parted ways with another kiss, he did try to add tongue but I pulled away and asked him. "what type of girl do you think I am!" 😂
We both laughed and we agreed to meet on the Monday (the date was a Friday) as I was going on holiday.

We talked over the weekend, he was very complimentary, he told me how much he fancied me, I did try to slow him down a little as he seemed to want to call me his girlfriend already. He was asking me a lot of sexual things in a polite way, but as a way to know what I like etc.
Also saying that he'd like us to sleep together by date 3 ish as I'm too hot to resist.
Anyways I didn't reject him. I just told him I would like to take the time to get to know him since I was struggling with my libido, and I don't want to keep flittering from one guy to the next.
He seemed to be ok.
Then messaged me at 3am Monday morning saying that his shift had changed and he couldn't meet that day.
And how sorry he was.
I responded as he woke me up saying how upset I was.
I responded again later saying not to worry that we can meet when I get back. That was over a week ago.

So I guess I got the brush off!

He wouldve known before date one thats sex wasn't happening anytime soon. I dont even like to discuss stuff like that on dates cause with me, they’ll know before we even get to that point so that we’re not wasting eachothers time. He was def moving faster than you and he was likely disappointed that he may not get it by “date 3” so he may be ghosting. I don't know 🤷‍♀️ But I dont think he did anything weird. This is just how a lot of the dating scene appears to be these days

He was moving at a super fast rate. I was a little intimidated by him in the financial sense which is why I was saying at least go on a 2nd date

I can tell before the date if i see myself with someone long term. The first date is just going to solidify or disprove what i felt before. In your case, he already has you doubting things. You could always just not reach out first and he never reaches back out, you’re out of the woods. If he reaches back weeks later, tell him you assumed he ghosted so you moved on

Well I sent him that message wishing him the best of luck in his search of happiness. The fact he disappeared is weird. If he ghosted and planned to return. I would be pissed and wouldn't say anything nice

Some of these guys are just too full on.
I get that if you've been single a little while perhaps you're desire for sex is higher but I had already discussed with him that my libido has been a little low and I needed him to be patient with me.
It's not that I don't have one I just wanted to focus on getting to know him first.

Just remember that for most guys- sex first, provides respect second. For most women- respect first provides sex second. The problem is finding neutral ground on which to build a relationship.

In the past I would have but I just don't have a lot of trust and faith atm.
I have just had to block a guy who has been really pushy, I'm also phasing another out because he lied on his profile.
He pretty much uploaded pics of himself before he gained a tonne of weight. Now I'm not shallow if I met him bigger on his profile I would have actually spoke to him. I'm not opposed to bigger guys. It's just the fact that he tried to hide the fact he's bigger.
And I completely understand why.
He's been lovely I just feel a bit shaken up by these guys.
It's deception.
I don't have a full length pics simply because I only rake selfies, but I let guys know that I'm not skinny I'm a 30+ woman with curves and I'm filling out. But I'm more comfortable and confident than I used to be.

If he's pushy, where did he go? It's really irked me that he's treated me this way. We had quite in depth conversations prior to meeting. I was specific on what I wanted and needed. Which he said was reasonable and normal. But as I have a low libido it's something I'm trying to work out with my gp. I'm not sure if it's my meds or hormone related. He said he understood, but also believed it was due to being single and having been messed around also my dad's Passing so that's why I had to reiterate waiting
