Why was he being weird?

Question

So I ran into my situationship last night and he usually calls me every weekend when he's drunk and he hits me up for than I do. And sometimes when we don't talk for awhile he will call me off no caller ID.
So anyways, he was with his friend (that I know) and his friend saw me first and then my situationship saw me. When my situationship saw me, he put his head down and I could tell he was annoyed and said something under his breath like oh god. I can tell he was sober too.
He still came up to me (very slowly) and said hi but left right away. No small talk or anything. And he went to the club that we usually go to right after. I didn't go.
He also didn't call me that night either.
I'm surprised he acted like that. He is on the shy side and socially awkward. He talks more and is more "into" me when he's drunk but this time just seemed a bit rude. Why do you think he was acting like that?
Also he thinks I'm hooking up with other guys when I'm really not. He always accuses me of that and I tell him I'm not and he doesn't believe me.
I'm pretty good to him... I don't bother him and the last convo we had on the phone was last week and it was fine so i was kinda confused. I don't get why he was annoyed and didn't want to say hi or see me.

Well, you said he thinks you're hooking up with other guys. That's obviously going to bother him, even if there isn't really any reason to think you are.
