My boyfriend says I love him more than he does what does he mean?

So recently my boyfriend (of 1.5yrs) told me I love him more than he does. When I asked him what he meant by that he said if you love me 100% I love you 99% . He has disrespected me many times with his words and actions.. Is It mean he doesn't love me at all?

There's always someone who wants the relationship more than the other person. It doesn't mean he doesn't love you necessarily. But I don't know why he told you that. What were the disrespectful things he did?

he called me names , he used mean sentences and he continuously tried to convince me or emotionally blackmailed me even after saying no for sexual stuffs etc..

Meaning like you already said, he's disrespected you in his words and actions and he's mindfucking you by attacking your worthiness for love, telling you just enough to keep you hanging on but then he takes it away telling you he really doesn't. It's classic emotional manipulation.
