(F) So this guy and I have been snapping each other for days.
Today he snap chatted me his eye and so did I.

We did that for like a couple of minutes and then he didn’t open my snap even though he was active and his snapscore went up.

I sent a gn snap to everyone and he sent me a blank wall and so did I

He then sent me half side face, so I send him my hair, but left me on delivered, turned off his location and his snap score went up

This is what a relationship between you two of any sort is being built on? An eyeball, some hair and a wall? I don't know how you found each other or why there’s so much secrecy but it sounds like a big glaring red flag, very strange and unusual on top of that. Cut your losses.

We went to same school together before, I know what he looks like and he does know how I look too, it’s just that we always snapped like shoulders, eyes, hair and all of a sudden he sends a wall on snapchat

I find that very bizarre, no offense lol I know everyone is different, it just adds this element of secrecy regardless that’s like what gives? Is he trying to sneak around and send these snaps or what? If I were you I’d be super good on talking to him. Like, a wall? A shoulder? Half of face? Do you genuinely find excitement or joy when you open that snap and already know it’s gonna be some random piece of his body with no explanation and no sense to it? This connection between you two is lacking substance and purpose. You can do better than that.

It’s summer, he’s probably off doing his own thing and not looking to invest seriously into you. Keep that in mind next time you make the first move, it’s totally fine do it but be prepared for if they don’t reciprocate, as they may not be in the same place as you emotionally, and that’s ok!

Are you guys having a conversation with these snaps? Because look at it this way,
If you are snapping the same thing back to him, he pretty much knows what the snap will be before he opens it, right?
If he is busy having a conversation with someone else, it's not really pressing for him to return to the forehead photo. Ya know what I mean?

If you like this guy, strike up an interesting conversation with him in these snaps. Snap what you are doing or something interesting.
I could see how a back an forth between you two of random things can get repetitive.
Making it more interesting might help to keep the conversation going. But again, I'm not suggesting nudes. Yes, like you said, it's risky, but it's also illegal for minors to do so in a lot of states. So it's not a good idea.
