Does he not want me to look good?

Each time I go to visit my boyfriend I try to look my best. I have my hair done, my nails, and nice clothes. Some days he says nice things about it.
He invited me over one day and I told him I had to get dressed. This time he doesn’t want me to get all dress and that I need to stop trying so hard to look “expensive.” So now I don’t know exactly how to dress when I visit him.

My wife has to get dressed and make up... Not for me or any one but for her. To feel pretty and she looks great.

He probably just wants you to stop spending money on looks 😔. So he has a big issue

Trust me if you stop looking your best you he will comment and it will hurt your feelings. Kinda a huge red flag! With him

Most guys don't care about that stuff. Just have good hygiene. It's a turn for a lot of guys to always want to be done up
