I was thinking it was the right time but I'm always careful with the first touch, like leg, make sure she's okay with it. Then second touch also careful like kiss, make sure she's okay with it. Then if she's kissing me back, third touch is butt and I don't just grab the butt, I kind of start slightly below and inch my way up to the butt. She can abort any time while she's kissing me.
