I actually think about him but due to some personal reasons i couldn't contact him.. he noticed that I was of for a month and he told me the same so was thinking if he noticed it mean he missed me or he likes me

But it doesn't necessarily indicate it is in a romantic way, as more than a friend.

Does he notice it after a month? No, he doesn't care about you at all. Even my colleague noticed after 3 days that I was mad at him and didn't talk to him.
