He texts me all day, but usually disappears around 22:00 or sometimes he disappears around 18:00, but he texts me first thing in the morning.

Depends. Some dudes do, some dudes don't. It's often a function on how many responsibilities/goals he has that put pressure on his sleep/self-care schedule, but it may just be personal preference. (Ex. an athlete might need to follow a strict sleep schedule to stay healthy or he might just be an early bird who knows himself well enough to not stay up late.) If y'all are communicating that much, I wouldn't be too worried about the times he's not available.

Depends on what his schedule is filled with and his personality. I know that I personally would not stay up to talk with a girl unless we were in a relationship.
