If it was someone I knew fairly well or was familiar with, I’d tell them cause it’s a weird cosmic coincidence. It means they’re comfortable enough to say it, doesn’t have to be stalkerish. It’s only weird if they do it multiple times. If I didn’t care about the person I wouldn’t say anything about it to them.
