Do affairs at work happen straight away or over time?

I've seen some messages beyween my husband and one of his employeees (she very pretty and around the same age of 33, plus she's also married)

Nothing massively untoward has been said but they are VERY comfortable with each other with some minor constant flirting going on.

They have worked together for like 2 years so if an affaird was on the cards, would it have happened already? Or should i still be slightly worried? He doesn't talk to anyone else in the same way as her.

I've had some experience here , but I was single and available , multiple experience ( 3 ) , they all happened over time , getting closer and closer , beginning at work functions , until it all just began , never simply straight away in my view or experience anyhow.

So , keep a very very super close watch , because it will happen.

Was your experence with a married woman? If you dont mind me asking, was it you or her that made the first move?

All the women were married , with 2 it was certainly them who made it clear..
The other one , we'd been to all these functions etc ( but as a group ) dirty dancing and the like , we were working back , and she just started taking about being unsure and rubbing my leg , and thats how it started , we went on for about a year with all these secret meetings , we'd leave the office separately , so no one would know. Still today , very few would suspect.
