If a guy cries when he finds out that someone tried to harass his girl in his absence, does he really care about her?

My man took me to a doctor and then got a call and went outside to attend. Meanwhile the doctor was constantly touching his d**k while talking to me. When I went home, I told this thing to my guy that the doctor had a lusty body language when he went outside for a call. I observed my guy to be having tears in his eyes. He said he was guilty to why he left me alone with someone he thought was trust worthy. He said it pains him to realise that I felt uncomfortable. Does he really love me? Because I have hardly seen guys crying.

Actually, he felt bad because the doctor was one of his friends. He could not act in an uncivilised way. But yes, later he had a word with him that he was disappointed the way he acted towards his girl.
