What should I do if a guy says he can't live without me, I can't really help him?

My brother had a girlfriend, he really loved her. That girl tried suicide once because she thought my brother cheated.

My brother didn’t cheat, that girl was mentally ill and reading things where they weren’t.

My brother reconciled with her out of care.

But 2 or 6 months later (not sure) he realized he did everything for her but couldn’t sacrifice his life anymore. He finally broke up with her.

The girl threatened to harm herself but in the end she lived and even married an Arab millionaire out if revenge to my brother.

Well, I am happy my brother broke up with her, she was dangerous. That kind of person manipulates with your feelings and makes you stay with her/him out of fear that they will hurt themselves, that’s not a person you want in life.

It's not your problem. NOBODY should get to this point. He needs a little self respect. There are people I love deeply, even if they don't love me deeply. But there is no one (save for Jesus) that I can't live without.

Be nice but be firm with him. It's not you're problem it's his. If you want to try to get him professional help you can. But you can guage the situation better than me since you're closer to it. Your question wasn't really descriptive enough. I don't know if he's suicidal or not.

The situation is that I saw lots of dangerous signs about him ever since the beginning, although I did catch feelings, but I had enough sense to tell him I don't want to talk anymore. He works in tourism abroad and I noticed him adding different girls (guests), so I knew for sure I have to let him go. However, although he does this, he keeps calling me and crying, saying things like he doesn't want to live this life without me, that he can't eat, sleep, etc. I am beginning to think that he's a psychopath and it's all some part of a performance, but I don't know.

I'd go with your gut. I mean if he's addi g all sorts of girls he can't be that depressed now can he. Better safe than sorry.

I don't think so, because he works in tourism abroad and I can see that girls (hotel guests) add him and he adds them. He then starts randomly calling me crying and saying he can't live without me... I am beginning to think that maybe he is on drugs or has some mental issue, because why would you talk to girls and not even hide it properly, if you are trying to pursue someone you love?
