Alpha males tend to think of themselves as the strongest but they are actually the weakest. Their method of action is to use aggression, throwing their weight around, trying to be the dominant voice in the room, and taking pride in behaving like an asshole. They also think of themselves as cool if they're getting to talk to the pretty girl that everyone likes, but in private they are complete simps for her. Alphas also tend to be very sensitive and often can't handle when they get back what they give out. So breaking it down they are just macho and nothing more at the end of the day.

Betas are weak, simpy guys who drool over pretty girls and are so enamored with them that they can't shake it and end up annoying the girl by constantly following her around, always needing to call her pretty, texting her first all the time with goofy stuff, but never able to actually ask her out or be assertive.

Sigmas are the kind of guy you want to be. Sigmas don't need to display themselves to either women or groups of men in order to be heard or have influence, and they don't follow the rules of social hierarchy either. They are smarter, more perceptive, and intrigue women more often than alphas do. Even though a woman is having her ear talked off by the alpha that needs so badly to converse with her every chance he gets to try to prove he's a confident go-get-her, she is actually more curious about the sigma she sees in passing every day, who is not trying to bag her like all the other dudes.

An alpha male is a guy that has control and takes control when needed. He is confident about himself and his ability, his standing with his peers and in society. People look up to him and come to him for answers and expect him to be able to provide a suitable one. He is going to exude confidence to the extent that it makes others confident in him. Women will feel naturally drawn to him. Guys will want to be his buddy. No matter what the situation the alpha male has it under control. This doesn't mean he can necessarily fix it. He may not know a wrench from a tooth pick. But he will know what needs to be done to get the right person there to tackle the situation and he will not be questioning himself about it being the right thing to do.

I wonder how many "betas' I can piss off with this. But that's not my goal. This is what I genuinely believe to be an "alpha man".

A successful confident man. He knows what he wants, puts in the work to get it. Has the respect of the majority of people through his actions, accomplishments and how he treats people.

Things such a successful man will not do:

Care about his size down there. If you do that? Sorry, but you SUCK.

Bitch about the other gender. If you do that, you SUCK!

Forget how to casually treat a person, hitting them up in the DMs for sex/nudes/fantasies.

Constantly needing affirmation on how they look.

Asking for opinions and going nuts over somebody who doesn't agree with him. No respectful chat, just straight up aggression.

Asking questions to fight, not because he genuinely wonders about something. They just want to start a fight.

The one who runs away from problems instead of meeting them head on.

In regards to the dick thing though. I don’t think its unreasonable for a guy with a 4 inch dick to worry about being size insufficient, when woman say all the frickin time that they love big dicks

No its true though. Whenever I hear women talking about sex they’ll often say they like big dicks.

Its only the women looking for long term relationships that tend to not put much importance on size.

But the fact of the matter is, most guys are trying to get laid whether you like it or not. Just as most women have insufficient qualities as well to being considered dateable.

My ex used to kick the doors open, literally. He was Alpha, he walked and people gave us a road.

At home though, he slept in my lap like a baby and always looked in my eyes to please me somehow.

So, guess who’s the true alpha? Hahaha

@YesToLife Yeah, if you’ve been loved by one of those tough guys that most people find intimidating, you’ll know they are big goofy teddy bears.

But they need strong, emotionally independent and confident women.

You will lose then if you get emotionally dependent on them.

@YesToLife I was actually wondering the same thing yesterday l, I was thinking if it’s my curves that attracts more socially dominant men.

Because I have noticed the less socially dominant men find less curvy girls attractive, the ones with not so defined female figures.

This whole alpha/ beta thing is based on a study of wolves that the original researcher has spent years trying to distance himself from because it was applied to wolves in captivity and found not to be valid among wild wolves. It's been applied to human interactions by men who think they'll be more successful with women if the act like assholes.

I believe there are social hierarchies in guys. So there are the guys that lead, are self-confident, emotionally healthy and have a mindset that makes them want to improve and build their world and business.

But there are also guys that love to complain, are entitled and what everything go easy for them with little effort. They give other people or the circumstances the blame for having a shitty life.

    I don´t care if you call them alpha/beta, adonis/jeffrey, Top G/low G...

Name what you want. The difference is that one group has a healthy mindset and is willing to work to make a difference while the other loves to blame everyone else for the problems and make a pitty party about it.

An alpha is just someone with natural take-charge leadership qualities. Their charisma and other qualities draw followers to them. There isn't much more to read into it than that. It's that guy or gal everybody knows who can be the life of the party as naturally as breathing.

Betas are just everybody else. They can be shitty people or normies or high quality upstanding people, but they just aren't natural-born leaders. "Sigma" "Delta" etc. don't exist and are just stupid pop-psych or silly memes.

alphas get hookups, don't need to go on dates and getting cheated with

betas must pay for everything including dates, weddings, divorces and get cheated on

but of course there are going to men upset at this because they all want to be seen as "equal" even though there's no such thing as "equal" men

There is a bus. On the bus there are six body builders, the biggest is 7ft. In addition there's five military men including two officers. Three more passengers are just out of prison for GBH plus there's one billionaire with a 12 inch penis.

I believe the whole beta and alpha male crap is toxic, the reality is that whoever participates in all that bullshit are participating in fake masculinity, it's a deception that makes men look pathetic no matter which one they are, the truth is that real dominance and masculinity doesn't participate in a stupid system that go by dumb toxic standards that create toxicity.

No because I don't want to be considered in the same category as someone that abuses or beats their wife, a worthy man doesn't do that, it's simply just not the same cause it's just separating good men from bad men, not adding superiority to one type of men over the other, it's just reality at that point, being a real man is being a good man, good and bad men exists, alpha and beta male just separates both men and adds superiority to one type of man which both are bad behavior and both behave pathetic, alpha males and beta males both fall into the category of bad men.

There's nothing wrong with it but that's not an alpha male, that's part of being a good man, alpha males are misogynistic and that part of being cruel and mean to the weaker vessel in life canceled everything good about them, because let's be foreal, there's a difference between standing up for yourself and being hateful, you can tell a woman anything without having to behave disgusting to them, it's just immature and not masculine to treat women bad if they aren't treating you bad which is a problem many "alpha males" have because the truth is that men were made stronger biologically and we are the stronger vessel, if the same masculine vessel that was designed to protect the weaker vessel is the one harming the weaker vessel then that is unmasculine of that stronger vessel, I'm not saying we can't check them when they are wrong or that you should stop yourself from being confrontational or truthful to them when they are wrong but the mental and physical abuse for example isn't necessary and it's not masculine for a man, and alpha males feed into all that toxicity, same with beta, that's being weaker than the weaker vessel physically and mentally and it's not masculine either but being a good man and a alpha male are two different things.

what you're describing isn't what "alphas" are. it's boils down to leadership and followership. no where is it stated that "alphas" mistreat others. I don't know where you get that idea from that mistreatment is part of being "alpha" but a guy is not evil for showing more dominance and taking charge of situations. don't confuse this with fake tough guys

titles like "alpha" are not given to one-self nor are titles like "real man"

if someone went around claiming they themselves were a "real man" would you have a problem with it?

how about someone who goes around claiming that other men are not "real men" would you have a problem with it?

there's nothing wrong with the general idea of alphas and betas. your issue is when toxic men use the term and toxic men are a minority within the male population

@inhua yes. Untold amounts of stupid, dark and downright cruel stuff has been done by, (usually young) men trying to prove themselves to be a "Real Man". Sadly our male society seems to only be able to discern two types of men, "Real" and "Gay". Everyone seems very quick to find someone else's manhood lacking abd very few are judged as "Real Men". Arnold Schwarzenegger and Chuck Norris are about it for these self appointed guardians of Manhood. I don't know either of the aforementioned gentlemen, nor really, anyone like them. Does this mean I don't know any "Real men", that everyone I know is Gay or fake? I don't think so. More likely the people making these judgments are trying to keep my from judging THIER manhood. You want me to conform to your idea of Manhood? Tough, I'm gonna do me and if somebody doesn't think I'm a "Real Man", I didn't ask their opinion.

There is no such thing as an alpha, or beta, or sigma, or whatever, male or female in human society. We have evolved past the need for such basic and animalistic categorization thousands of years ago, when humans became smart enough to form societies and have more thoughts than that of our basic needs. Any person who claims to be an alpha male is just an asshole, who thinks he has the right to control everyone around him and treat women like objects.

A man can be alpha by economic status, physical dominance, or personality traits. The alpha man does not spend his money or time on women, nor does he allow himself to be ordered around by a woman. That actor in the photograph is not alpha since he is cross-eyed.

I dont beleve in the myth of the alpha man. Everyone has their strengths. It is what you do with what you are born with is what is important.

If I recall the Greek alphabet, the difference between alpha and beta is one letter

Alphas are just the idgaf I’m just gonna live however kinda guy. However what seperates them from sigmas tho is that they are the highly physically attractive males that reign in results and get women

As for betas though. They are the ones who desperately try for women but never succeed. Sigmas are the ones that never try with women because they know their limits and that they won’t succeed. Sigmas choose to live their lives independent
