Why would he get so deep with me?

so I was on holiday with my friend. I am 24 and we went to a club yesterday and I met a guy. We saw eachother around before then and he would wink at me and stuff but we finally started talking at the club and I went out with him after which was last night. We went for a walk and kissed and stuff and he started talking about how he wants kids and that he has nephews and he start talking about his background and where he is from and he was talking about life and how you have to live and not work all the time but I found he got quite deep on our first date. Why would he get so deep when we just went out the one time?

Maybe he wants to see what your views on all that stuff is and if yours line up with his. Honestly it is way early to be worried about that stuff. First dates and even second and third should be feeling out if you two make a good fit. Sure some of that stuff is important to know if you both want the same things but he is jumping the gun a bit with it.
