There are some ways. Unfortunately, most of them are after the fact.

I like what the one user said of bring a friend.

Another idea is to knee them where it hurts.

Yet another is to scream and point at them. That'll get them negative attention or thrown out, etc. It'll also get you a reputation of "she won't put up with this crap".

Tell the host of the party and make sure they deal with the offenders.
