I met this guy at a festival where we were both pretty drunk - on the first day he didn't seem that interested in me (other than the fact he kept stealing my sunglasses) and I wasn’t too bothered by this. The next day of the festival I see him again and he’s even more drunk than the day before - but so am I. It gets near the end of the night and the last few acts are on stage. He pulls me in-front of him to protect me from being pushed by people creating mosh pits. He then puts his hands on my waist and whispers in my ear that he wouldn’t have believed this was happening if it happened yesterday. We continue dancing and he leans down for a kiss and asks what I think of him looks-wise. I say he’s pretty fit and ask him what he thinks of me - to which he calls me cute. We continue dancing together until the end of the festival when my friend suggests we go home with the guy and his friends.
When we arrive at their home we collectively as a group sit down on the sofa and I cuddle up next to the guy I was dancing with. When everyone gets tired we head upstairs to bed and I follow him to his bedroom. We ended up hooking up which I thought was one of my best sexual experiences but when we woke up in the morning he distanced himself from me like I was a repulsive insect. He wouldn’t talk to me for more than 5 seconds before finding one of his friends to talk to instead. I ended up catching a lift with the guys back to my actual house cause they lived near me and the whole ride was awkward cause he didn’t say a word to me.
I know it may seem like i’m deeping it too much but this is my first “hook-up/one-night stand” and I’d really like to see him again. I can’t tell if he was actually interested in me or if it was just because he was drunk and thought I was easy but for me there’s this urge to be around him even though I just met him
I managed to grab his socials off his friends on the ride back but he hasn’t added me back. Should I message him or just leave him alone?
