The best I've found is what I like to call a plastic face. It's when the person is trying to control their face muscles to hide their true reactions and they look almost like stone. You can see the tension in their face even though it's expressionless.
Smiling too big. Oversized smiles are common, but if the smile is held for too long, they're usually trying to hide their true feelings. You'll see this a lot in customer service situations. Corperate types and salespeople frequent this a lot too. If you're having trouble, watch them smile around other people and try to extrapolate. (which can be an advanced move for several reasons)
Putting their hands places you wouldn't be able to see them clenching. Like a fist in a pocket, hands on a belt where it's very natural looking to release stress by gripping it tightly. Pay close attention to the color of the fingers and that will give insight about how intense their anxiety / anger is.
General inability to stay in place. Some people have a natural reaction to leave when something is bothering them. These types will constantly combat the urge to change stimuli by doing anything from leaning further away, to turning lights on or off, taking off jackets, rolling sleeves, walking into other rooms, suddenly changing the topic or dynamic of the conversation, adding in subtle distractions etc.
Pay attention to the chin. This is a minority of people but the chin will sometimes have a muscle right at the end which contracts with stress of some kind. My theory is it usually happens when people clench their teeth a certain way.
If they're a woman they probably say really nice things to your face. Men will just ignore you unless they are forced to deal with you
Nice. But can a male coworker also ignore me if he is cool or indifferent with me or is it rather unlikely?
If he is obviously ignoring you he most likely doesn't like you for some reason.
I Never did anything to them :(
