I didn't realize it, but according to my staff, if I tilt my head to one side and have a blank expression (instead of my usual smile), that is a signal that "it's time to leave because Saoirse may lose her s**t."

and yes, I usually sigh... after that one exhale, I go very calm and silent

and that's definitely my last attempt for civility and me going into restrain mode

I also smile a bit... lol, or so they say, more of a half smile

Apparently I open my hands really wide, like I'm trying to palm a basketball, and then tense my fingers. Almost like I'm forcing myself not to make a fist.

Also, if I get real quiet, and kind of breathe a little heavier, it means someone's about to need life insurance.

I get quiet...

Usually, I'll say hi to people in passing at work or just generally be friendly with anyone. But if I'm getting pissed, I get quiet because that's better than me saying shit I'm anger.

I am almost always irritated, but I never get angry to the point where it shows. I just accept life's bullshit beyond a certain point. I'd say my anger sign is that I get tensed up and I don't let people get near me
