Why does my boyfriend act sexist when talk about other women to me?

Like he tends to view women other then me in a lesser light and even tells me women in movies nowadays are woke Mary sues and men are better leading characters etc. He treats me like a Queen who can do no wrong though.

Why am I an exception and could this change after the honeymoon period ends?

It’s funny how one of the women said he’s misogynistic. That’s always the answer to men standing up for theirselves or disagreeing w women. While I don’t know much about women in other countries, a lot of women in the states are delusional. All the “independent” things that they say they do is what many men have been doing since the beginning of time, it’s called being an adult. Women get away w saying a lot of crazy shit because men let them. I suppose that’s misogynistic too for me to say that. But it’s true, we let crazy hot women do that because we want something they have. Women wanted equality now they want to complain, a lot of them are mad men aren’t being “men” anymore. Women were given rights by men, not cause women were protesting. If the US government decided tonight that starting tomorrow women had no rights it would happen. Who’s going to fight it especially if it came to physical force? Assuming men stood aside and let it happen. As much as women say they don’t need men, they do. I think your boyfriend like a lot of men are just tired of shutting up about everything we get shafted in. Society sees men as expendable. Why do you think they won’t enact a law requiring women to register for selective services the way they do men when we turn 18? Men are just tired of this bs. I’m not saying every chick is like that, but it seems the ones who aren’t are very rare. Men are being told we’re worthless, we don’t need you, you have to accept me the way I am and if you don’t you have some new phobia that they came up w. I’m fatphobic if I don’t like fat chicks. There’s where the delusion comes in. Women who are overweight are gorgeous according to other women, it’s body positivity. Leave it to women to lie to theirselves about something that is far from the truth. But if you told her she’s as gorgeous as Lizzo lol Men know that if I’m a fat fuck I won’t get women so I need to do something about it or quit complaining. He’s not running around screaming women are body shaming him. Or men who are short to which a lot of women won’t date. Men don’t go around saying I’m a strong, independent man for paying my phone bill lol that’s just stupid. Society treats men like garbage, expendable while society was treating women w baby gloves. Now that’s changing.

StormMistress, based on the things I've read that you have posted on GAG over the last couple of years, you seem like a good woman for the most part, so I want the best for you. Having said that, to be honest, that does seem concerning to me. Unless I'm wrong, you haven't been dating this guy very long. The fact that he is expressing those sentiments about women at this stage in your relationship is worrisome. Sure, he treats you like a queen, but you're a woman and he has shown how he feels about women in general. Know what I mean? Be cautious and take care of yourself.

Your "boyfriend" is NOT a good man.

That was very obvious in another post where you said that you were so afraid of bothering him for space on the bed --- you slept on the floor. Yes that's part of your personality flaws but he cared so little that he didn't do anything to help you.

He simply asked you why are you sleeping on the floor & beyond that didn't care.

He did not offer assistance, didn't ask if you want to talk about why you were on the floor, etc. As a REAL man who legitimately cares for the well being of his woman would
