Caught this guy looking at me?

He was giving a superior look and wouldn't look away & just kept glancing at me through out the day then the next day he came in the room stoped and stared at me like he hypnotize then when I walk past him he stared into my eyes while turning his head. Then he sat behind just staring at me

Humans look at what they like, guys definitely look at girls they find attractive. But I hope he didn't just emotionlessly stare the whole time and at least smiled or said hi. Sounds like he likes what he sees, but buddy needs to practice not being creepy.
