Could be he’s not into you. Could be he has a fear of germs so shaking hands may not be his thing. Could be he isn’t sure how he’s supposed to greet you, especially these days. I’d heard women say a man coming up to me even if I know him and him hugging me is just cringe. Plus you don’t want to be accused of things, like when he hugged me he pressed up against me hated to feel my tits when he may not have.
